Gazprom’s IFRS net profit soars 70% to 631 bln rbl Jan–Jun

MOSCOW, Aug 29 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian gas giant Gazprom increased 70% on the year to 630.8 billion rubles in January–June, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

Revenue grew 23.7% to 3.97 trillion rubles.

Net debt rose 1% since the year start to 2.433 trillion rubles.
